The Tandem Mobi™ adhesive sleeve is a non-sterile accessory that may be used to secure the Tandem Mobi insulin pump for up to three days. The sleeve is intended for single use application. Do not attempt to reuse or reapply the sleeve.

Tips:

• Ensure the location is clean and dry before applying the sleeve. Using lotions or moisturizers on skin prior to placement may affect adhesion. DO NOT place the sleeve on mucous membranes or compromised skin.
• Assistance may be required when applying your sleeve in a hard-to-reach location.
• Always rotate the application site of the Adhesive Sleeve and avoid consecutive use of the same site.

Warnings:

• DO NOT use sleeve if you have sensitive, irritated, fragile, or easily damaged skin or if you have an allergy to one or more acrylics.
• DO NOT place the sleeve on mucous membranes or compromised skin.
• ALWAYS insert infusion set and connect to the pump before applying the sleeve to ensure the tubing is not stretched. Failure to follow these steps could result in crimping or dislodgement at the infusion site, which could affect the performance of the cannula. This could lead to hyperglycemia (high blood glucose).
