The Z1™ HME is an inline humidification solution unit for use with the Z1 or Z2 travel CPAPs. The HME is a waterless humidification system that captures exhaled moisture and returns it to you when needed. It requires no additional power and takes up very little space. A great alternative to large humidifiers.
Note that these HMEs are certified for 7 days of use but environmental conditions may affect your experience. If you are using an HME and feel that it is no longer working we recommend that you switch to a new one.
*Please note that the Z1™ and Z2™ Heat/Moisture Exchanger does not include the Z1 CPAP machine, Z1 Auto CPAP machine, Z2 CPAP machine, Z2 Auto CPAP machine or the PowerShell® Module.

HME works well, almost as comfortable as humidified air but much more convenient for travel by not having to pack distilled water and a reservoir CPAP
